It's a time of life when we go through seismic, unavoidable changes, and on top of that the expectations of adulthood are only just around the corner. It is no wonder that many kids start to act out in their teenage years, but sometimes, there can be a limit to the amount of understanding that should be extended to them.

This is a dilemma that one aunt recently found herself going through after her 16-year-old niece continually displayed unacceptable behavior towards her 6-year-old daughter. Despite a previously close relationship between the aunt and the niece, she had started bullying her cousin to the extent that the aunt felt she should not be allowed to spend time with her and her child. Some family and friends protested that she was being harsh, but the people of Reddit were fully in agreement with the tough decision.
