Fred and George are underrated for their magical skills. In the books and movies, they're portrayed as class clowns who don't care much about school, yet they're the only young wizards who are innovative with their magic. I don't think Harry, Ron, or Hermione ever discovered a brand-new way to do magic as Fred and George did. All Harry did that was magically unique was be a Horcrux, and I don't think that counts. I understand why Hermione wouldn't see value in magic that gets the user temporarily sick for the purpose of getting out of school. Still, the fact that two teenagers could conceptualize and execute this in a few short years is awe-inspiring. As much as they liked to act like troublemakers, I'm positive that those two were getting top marks in Potions behind everyone's back.
