It's official…I'm becoming one of those people who wants to skip Halloween and go straight to Christmas. I never used to be this way; I was the kind of kid who spent August and September thoroughly planning my Halloween costume. Now, all I want is to be the first person at my favorite karaoke night to sing Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses before it becomes painfully overdone. I have less than 15 days and have literally no ideas for Halloween costumes. I could do Luanne from King of the Hill, but that's not creative! Why can't I just buy gifts for everyone I love and get on with it? It's cold enough to be Christmas right now, so why don't we act like it? Skipping autumn would be best for everybody involved.
