Rise and shine everybody, another week is upon us.

I don't know about you, but when I have to wake up in the mornings, the way I set up my alarm clock(s) is crucial for making sure I actually wake up. Just to paint you a picture – I have to put my phone a walking distance away from my bed so that I would have to physically get up to turn it off. Then, I have at least 3 alarms set up, 5 minutes apart from each other, each with a different ringtone. Lastly, I have an 'emergency' alarm clock that is set to 10 minutes before I absolutely have to get out of the house, which is what I call the 'last chance' alarm. All of that, and I still struggle to get myself out of bed every morning, and I still feel like I am always on the verge of leaving the house late.

The fact that I always spend at least 5 minutes in bed scrolling through memes is probably not helping, but I do not intend to stop.
