These questions can swim around your mind like piranhas, ready to seize on any happiness you've managed to drum up. Instead of asking these huge questions, I prefer to stay in the moment. What's going on right in front of me? How can I quell the anxious thoughts right now? What is there to be grateful for in this very second? That's much easier to manage.
