There is nothing wrong with not wanting to bring kids into this world. Creating a human being is a huge responsibility, and there's a sizeable section of the population that's simply not up for it. I will accept any reason for someone who doesn't want kids' presents to me because I trust that they know their innermost desires better than I do.
There's a huge difference between being child-free and anti-natalist. If you've spent more than 5 minutes on r/antinatalism, you know that it isn't about wanting freedom or lacking maternal instincts. Anti-natalists want the entire world to be child-free because the future is allegedly so dire and hopeless that having kids will doom them to a horrible existence. They're obsessed with the idea that children cannot consent to be born, and because their lives are miserable, the lives of hypothetical babies will be too. If you can stomach such doomer ideas, you might be intrigued and compelled by these anti-natalist posts.
